The company’s production arm, Andrew Solt Productions, is a leading independent producer of television programming.  The company has won numerous awards, including an Emmy Award, a Grammy Award, a New York Festival Gold Medal and a Cannes Film Festival Special Award.  In all, SOFA Entertainment has produced approximately 400 programs for television and home video.

Over the years, SOFA Entertainment has treated die-hard fans and introduced young audiences to profiles of such cultural icons as the Rolling Stones, John Lennon, Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and such television institutions as The Honeymooners, The Muppets, The Andy Griffith Show and of course The Ed Sullivan Show.  Moreover, the company purchased “The Ed Sullivan Show” Library in 1990.
